accepting nominations

The Linked Learning Alliance is excited to open nominations for the 2025 Linked Learning Student of the Year Award, celebrating civic and community excellence in youth. This award aims to honor rising seniors that are making meaningful contributions to their community through their Linked Learning pathway experience.

Nominations can include students who have used industry knowledge or skills gained through their Linked Learning pathway to contribute civically to their school or local community, leveraged project-based learning to propose relevant solutions to a local challenge, conducted original research on an issue impacting their neighborhood as part of a capstone project, or other significant community contributions. Read about the 2024 awardees.

Selected students will receive a scholarship, be honored at the 2025 Linked Learning Conference, Power of PLUS: Connected, Collaborative, Committed to the Future, and recognized within their community and district. Educators, workforce partners, and allies are welcome to submit nominations. Please feel free to nominate more than one student. Nominations close Friday, June 6.
