Our virtual learning series invites teams of educators and leaders to dive deep into a topic across six structured, expert-facilitated learning sessions. They’re a cost-effective way to build knowledge and skills—and to connect with peers doing similar work, including experienced Linked Learning practitioners across the state. Note: Each Learning Series is a standalone offering on its own topic—not a sequence.

This series provides a grounded introduction to the Linked Learning framework: its core elements, the systems and structures that make pathways work, and each stakeholder’s role within them. Participants leave with a shared understanding of the approach and a custom action plan for moving forward.

Pathway Leadership

Align your leaders. Sustain your work.

Delve into the essential elements of the Linked Learning framework through a leadership
lens. This series examines strategies to build and sustain high-quality, equitable pathways at every level of school and district leadership. Each session features practicing Linked Learning leaders sharing real experience alongside structured peer learning.

Integrated Program of Study

Connect academics to the real world.

Unlock the benefits of schooling that integrates work- and project-based learning with academic content. This series prepares teams of educators to use the Linked Learning quality standards as a framework for designing a student-centered program of study that is motivating, meaningful, and community connected. Participants explore the research behind this approach, learn how academic content connects to real-world contexts, and work together to design interdisciplinary projects tied to industry, community, and curriculum standards.

Master Schedule and Cohorting

Unlock the structure that makes pathways possible.

A school’s master schedule is the backbone for its mission, vision, and values—brought to life by cohorted student groups and grade-level teacher teams within each pathway. Participants in this series will analyze successful models, work through real challenges, and begin drafting scheduling grids aligned to their school’s priorities—with attention to the change management and community engagement required to make the transition.
