When is the Linked Learning Conference this year?
The conference will take place April 8–11, 2024 at The InterContinental (900 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90017).
How do I book my hotel room?
Registrants can book online: InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown Group Reservation or contact the reservations department at (800) 465-4329 and reference the Linked Learning Alliance 2024 Conference booking code: ZLK. The reduced rate is $279 per night. Reduced rate for attendees extended to March 28.
How much does the conference cost? Is there an Early Bird rate?
General registration is $850 and includes onsite access to our workshops, main stage plenary sessions, breakfast and lunch, and access to evening receptions with appetizers and beverages. Early bird registration ended January 14, 2024.
I am unable to register with a credit card. How can I pay with a check or purchase order?
To pay by check or request a purchase order, please email letitia@linkedlearning.org.
Can I register a group?
Yes, we offer a group registration option for groups of 10 or more. Please reach out to letitia@linkedlearning.org to coordinate group registration and payment.
If I need to cancel my registration, can I receive a refund?
We can transfer your registration to a colleague at no charge. If you would like to make a registration transfer, please contact letitia@linkedlearning.org with the name and email of your replacement.
I received a confirmation email but can’t get into my Cvent account. What should I do?
Please reach out to letitia@linkedlearning.org with any questions regarding your login or to request a receipt if you did not receive one.
How do I learn more about ASL or other assistive services?
Linked Learning Alliance aims to ensure the conference will be an inclusive experience for all attendees. All attendees will have the opportunity to specify accessibility needs in their registration.
