Small Project Assistance

Typically 3–5 months, one site or team | $15,000–$35,000, depending on complexity

Get expert help handling a discrete challenge or task. Arrange monthly advising or coaching for a specific leader, site, or pathway team. A great way to test technical assistance before committing to a longer engagement.

Large Project Assistance

Typically 6–18 months, multi-stakeholder | $40,000+, depending on scale

Partner with an experienced consultant to take on significant, complex challenges that
involve many stakeholders, perspectives, and decisions. Projects at this scope typically
include sustained support for exploring different approaches; building options to test with
teachers, students, and families; facilitating key decisions; and planning major transitions.
