With diversity and equity a top priority for many healthcare leaders, it is essential that communities build strong pipelines of highly qualified, passionate young people to enter into a wide range of medical and healthcare careers. In Huntington Park, one high school is investing in the infrastructure needed to ensure their young people are ready to join the healthcare workforce.
