About the Linked Learning Alliance
We lead a movement to connect every young person to college, career, and purpose. Educators, employers, and communities across the country are working hard to establish accelerated, seamless learning experiences that lead to meaningful credentials and careers. We’re here to help them go farther, faster, together.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Every young person deserves to determine their own future. From ages 14 to 24, identities, aspirations, and abilities take shape—yet too often young people disconnect from their learning during this formative time. This decade of difference. Education systems and entire communities have a shared responsibility to help young people stay engaged, build skills, and see a future for themselves.
HOW WE WORK
The Linked Learning Alliance works at the center of practice, public will, and policy to transform systems so that more students have the high-quality Linked Learning experience that research links to improved outcomes.

ELEVATING THE PRACTICE of Linked Learning
The Alliance sets quality standards. We support and recognize effective practice through rigorous certification of Linked Learning pathways.
We host forums that convene K–12, postsecondary, and employer partners to share, learn, and co-create.
We support evidence-based advances across the education and workforce systems.
BUILDING PUBLIC WILL for equity and excellence in education
The Alliance amplifies the voices of students and educators to ensure their strengths, needs, and hopes are known to decision makers.
We make the case and secure commitments to high-quality college and career preparation.
We align fieldwide Linked Learning messages and outreach for maximum clarity and impact.
ADVANCING POLICIES that champion all youth
The Alliance provides evidence of Linked Learning success to inform policymaking in youth development, educational and economic equity, workforce development, and related topics.
We advocate for education, economic, and social policies that prioritize high-quality college and career preparation benefitting all youth and communities.
