Noemi Donoso

As Chief Strategy Officer at the Alliance, Dr. Noemi Donoso brings three decades of proven experience achieving unprecedented outcomes for students across the country. Before joining the Alliance, she was an Executive Vice-President for The Wonderful Company, where she oversaw the company’s transformative cradle to career programs, and designed the first career-focused early college model in California's Central Valley focused on skilled careers in agriculture. Noemi has served in senior leadership roles within district and charter organizations throughout the country, including the Chief Education Officer for Chicago Public Schools, Chief of Innovation and Reform for Denver Public Schools, and Chief Academic Officer for Camino Nuevo Charter Academy. Noemi is a Pahara-Aspen Education Fellow, a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network, and has served on the Fresno State Advisory Board, the Linked Learning Alliance Board of Directors, and Ednovate's School Board. She earned a doctoral degree from the University of Southern California, a master's degree from Rutgers University, and a bachelor's degree from Mount St. Mary's College.
