City and education officials gathered recently to congratulate three high schools in the district for achieving Linked Learning’s Gold Certification. About half a dozen school buses were pulling into the driveway around the Galaxy Theater on Monday where about 900 eight grade students from Bartlett, Pioneer, and Sequoia Middle Schools were gathered, as well as students from Porterville Military Academy who waited to be admitted to the Galaxy Theater for annual Pathway Academy presentations.
