Establishes a pilot project to serve as a model of articulation and coordination between K-12 schools, community colleges and campuses of the UC system. The pilot would allow students to earn a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with three years, for a total cost not exceeding $20,000 in tuition fees. The pilot would include, but not be limited to, students who have earned college credit through concurrent enrollment in high school and community college courses. Would allow priority enrollment to participating students enrolled full-time at a participating community college, and require admission to a participating UC campus in the summer or fall term following completion of studies at the community college.
